Extra large traditional Thai gong with original constructed wooden stand and mallet/hammer. This Northern Thai (Lanna) music instrument has a beautiful deep and long vibrating sound and was mostly used in Buddhist house ceremonies. The stand is made of teak wood and has been made for this gong originally.
The size of the gong alone is dia. 150cm, depth 27cm (from back incl the round protruding center). The original mallet has a large diameter of 21cm and total height of 43cm.
The size of the stand is 210x210cm, the depth of the feet is 60cm.
